Everybody must follow the levels above, their is no favoritism here. If you are new to the insurance industry than you start at a Tier 10, doesn’t matter if you know someone or you are a friend or even family. The only way you will start higher then a Tier 10 is if you have proof of production from carriers. We would take the last 12 months and whatever that equals to, we will give you credit as if you did it here and put you into the correct Tier based on those numbers.
